Warranty and complaint information for products of Max Wagner GmbH (ROLLINK)
Max Wagner GmbH (ROLLINK) products are subject to careful and continuous quality control. Even the raw materials and accessories used are rigorously tested before processing. Should, contrary to expectations, there be cause for complaint, we ask you to observe the following instructions:
Warranty periods per product series:
- FLEX EARTH – 2 years
- VEGA II – 3 years
- VEGA 360 – 5 years
- Laptop Case, Phone Case, Mini Bags – 2 years
- Accessories – 2 years
The warranty applies exclusively to material defects or defects resulting from faulty workmanship.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper handling, overloading, accidents, exposure to acids or chemical solvents, extreme temperatures, water exposure, normal wear and tear, or transport by third parties.
Important information about processing:
- The warranty period begins on the date of purchase – documented by a receipt, online invoice from an authorized dealer, or an invoice from our online shop.
- In the event of a warranty claim, your retailer is generally your first point of contact. Complaints must be handled through the retailer unless submitted directly through our shop.

Our travel tip:
- Check your luggage for possible transport damage immediately upon arrival at the baggage carousel.
- In the event of damage, report it immediately – verbally and in writing – to your carrier’s information desk and have the damage confirmed in writing.
